sometimes i just hate it

that i have to be the one consoling.

that i am in the wrong, or that i hurt your feelings.

so what happens when i am pissed off? 

and it all comes to nothing

can i just say that i hate this fucking annual report?????

WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS.

only vulgarities can express the frustration that we are feeling now. seriously.

it's a never ending cycle if you keep amending the stupid draft. the more people you send it to, the more things you have to change. it's already been in progress for months! and draft 28 now. you think people very free to do your project only? AHHHHH

A new place...

A new chapter.

After interviews and disappointments,

Stepped into the working world. 

No more being protected and guided by tutors.

No more deadlines and marking guidelines

No more orientation camps and bazaars in school.

First day as a working adult. 

Finally got a taste of it, TGIF

Apprehension and shyness

Awkwardness and helplessness

Ignorance and carelessness

All to be overcome in the next few weeks.

新加坡人 服务态度须改进

身为一名土生土长的新加坡人，我接受了英文教育，并且学会了西方人注重的各种礼仪。但我们一家人也不断地在吸收及阅读台湾的资讯及信息，尤其是关于那里的美食，风景和人情。这也使我们对台湾这个充满文化色彩的地方产生极大的兴趣。 所以在几年前我便和家人到了台湾旅游。

虽然这一趟台湾行已过了几年，我依然记忆犹新。在那短短的几天内，让我印象深刻的除了令人垂涎三尺的台湾小吃外，就是台湾人的服务态度了。他们那以客为尊的态度能让人感到宾至如归，也令我们在台湾的几天过得非常愉快。即使不是服务员，街上的路人也会很热情和亲切地和我们谈话。当时，这一点不但令我对台湾的印象加分，也让我发觉新加坡人的服务态度极度需要改进。

新加坡虽然科技先进，经济繁荣，但在我们服务态度上，远远地被台湾超越了。相比之下，新加坡人待人处事的技巧似乎逊色不少。 在台湾，不管是高级旅店，便利商店，餐馆，甚至是小小的泡泡茶店，服务生都会笑脸迎人地欢迎顾客的光临。这的确能令客人感到开心以及被尊重。 相反的，在新加坡，我们会经常投诉服务员的服务欠佳。投诉的原因往往是因为服务员在顾客面前摆出“臭脸”，或是他们的态度不好，不够积极。更糟的是还有些服务员还趁经理没注意时刻意忽视顾客的呼叫。这一点往往令客人感到不被尊敬，造成非常大的不满。

好的服务并不需要服务员像下人一样伺候顾客。我们不需要会阿谀奉承的人，也不需要凡事都90度鞠躬的服务员。我们需要的是一颗心，一个能真诚和充满热忱对待每一个客人的一颗心。
